ABOUT US
George Sant and Sons officially started in 1947 with George and Angelo Sant. That year Angelo had moved his farm from Toronto to this location. George began in the greenhouse by starting vegetable transplants meant for the field. As time went on he grew crops like cabbage, cauliflower, impatiens, you name it. George always worked hard, and he always tried new things. They grew more bedding plants and flowers over time. Eventually he branched out into flowers for the retail trade with his sons.
As third generation, Dan, Rick and Ron have continued to build on the quality and legacy that started on the same farm. George Sant & Sons are known throughout North America for our top quality and service throughout the industry. We continue to grow finished material for many nurseries in Ontario. We have also made a name for ourselves throughout North America by becoming a Gold supplier of plant material alongside Ball Horticulture. Providing top quality finished and starting material.
