When To Expect An Order
Deliveries are organized on a first come first serve basis. It is important to send your orders in as fast as possible. Multiple orders are frequently submitted every day in the busy season, so same day/next day delivery isn’t always guaranteed. However, we work extremely hard to get your order to you as fast as possible.
Shipping Costs
Free shipping is determined by our shipping department. It is subject to change if minimum quantity order isn’t met and/or if you are further than two hours from our facility.
How Minimum Quantity Order Is Determined
Generally it is around 4-6 racks. Ultimately minimum quantity order is determined by shipping and is subject to change. Please contact shipping if you have any questions.
What Fits On A Rack?
Because our product is priced by container size, we organize product on racks based on container size. Below is a general guideline of how much product fits per rack. Because of the unpredictable nature of growing plants, this may change what fits on a rack.
